The recording of historic buildings and other standing structures is often made a Condition of planning consent, particularly where a developer proposes to change the structure or appearance of a Listed Building. Archaeology England has a proven record of producing high quality reports for a wide range of different building types. All our reports conform to the standards specified by Historic England.
