An archaeological desk-based assessment and visual impact assessment of a proposed solar farm on land at Cranford St John, Kettering, was undertaken. In the 1950s half of the site was quarried, removing any archaeology. The visual impact assessment concluded that no designated assets had a clear line of site or inter-visibility with the site, resulting in a Minor impact effect.
